How a job gets planned.
Before anything starts, a job is worked through as it will actually be carried out — the access a site allows, the equipment that will fit and reach, the order the work has to follow, and the people who can run it.

It is also why the services sit in one business rather than several: a clearance job that turns out to need tree removal first, or reinstatement that needs plant alongside it, does not have to stop while another contractor is found.
